{"id":221,"date":"2023-03-26T22:10:26","date_gmt":"2023-03-26T22:10:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/consizmir.esteri.it\/servizi-consolari-e-visti\/servizi-per-il-cittadino-straniero\/traduzione-e-legalizzazione-dei-documenti\/"},"modified":"2026-10-26T08:27:37","modified_gmt":"2026-10-26T08:27:37","slug":"traduzione-e-legalizzazione-dei-documenti","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/consizmir.esteri.it\/tr\/servizi-consolari-e-visti\/servizi-per-il-cittadino-straniero\/traduzione-e-legalizzazione-dei-documenti\/","title":{"rendered":"Belgelerin terc\u00fcmesi ve tasdiki"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"x12ofw9d\"><strong>Yabanc\u0131 makamlar taraf\u0131ndan d\u00fczenlenen belge ve kay\u0131tlar\u0131n \u0130talya\u2019da ge\u00e7erli olabilmesi i\u00e7in usul\u00fcne uygun \u015fekilde apostil \u015ferhiyle tasdik edilmi\u015f olmas\u0131 gerekir.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"x12ofw9d\">Uluslararas\u0131 s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerde \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen \u00e7ok dilli standart formlarda d\u00fczenlenen belgeler hari\u00e7 olmak \u00fczere, s\u00f6z konusu belge ve kay\u0131tlar\u0131n ayr\u0131ca <strong>\u0130talyancaya terc\u00fcme edilmesi gerekmektedir.<\/strong> Terc\u00fcmelerde \u201c<strong>asl\u0131na uygun terc\u00fcmedir<\/strong>\u201d ibaresini ta\u015f\u0131yan bir ka\u015fe bulunmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x12ofw9d\"><span data-d-streaming-word=\"\">Resm\u00ee<\/span> <span data-d-streaming-word=\"\">terc\u00fcmanl\u0131k<\/span> <span data-d-streaming-word=\"\">uygulamas\u0131n\u0131n<\/span> <span data-d-streaming-word=\"\">bulundu\u011fu<\/span> <span data-d-streaming-word=\"\">\u00fclkelerde,<\/span> <span data-d-streaming-word=\"\">terc\u00fcmenin<\/span> <span data-d-streaming-word=\"\">asl\u0131na<\/span> <span data-d-streaming-word=\"\">uygunlu\u011fu<\/span> <span data-d-streaming-word=\"\">terc\u00fcman\u0131n<\/span> <span data-d-streaming-word=\"\">kendisi<\/span> <span data-d-streaming-word=\"\">taraf\u0131ndan<\/span> <span data-d-streaming-word=\"\">onaylan\u0131r;<\/span> <span data-d-streaming-word=\"\">terc\u00fcman\u0131n<\/span> <span data-d-streaming-word=\"\">imzas\u0131<\/span> <span data-d-streaming-word=\"\">ise<\/span> <span data-d-streaming-word=\"\">konsolosluk<\/span> <span data-d-streaming-word=\"\">taraf\u0131ndan<\/span> <span data-d-streaming-word=\"\">tasdik<\/span> <span data-d-streaming-word=\"\">edilir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x12ofw9d\">Yerel mevzuatta resm\u00ee terc\u00fcmanl\u0131k stat\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fclkelerde ise terc\u00fcmenin asl\u0131na uygunlu\u011fu, konsolosluk makam\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan tasdik edilmelidir.<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"x1ll2q23 x1a4oops x132q4wb\">TERC\u00dcMELER<\/h5>\n<p class=\"x12ofw9d\">Konsolosluk terc\u00fcme hizmeti vermemektedir. \u0130lgililerin, ihtiya\u00e7 duyduklar\u0131 belgelerin terc\u00fcmesini kural olarak kendilerinin yapt\u0131rmalar\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x12ofw9d\">Bununla birlikte Konsolosluk, n\u00fcfus ve medeni h\u00e2l belgelerinin ve \u00e7e\u015fitli di\u011fer belgelerin terc\u00fcmelerinin as\u0131llar\u0131na uygunlu\u011funu tasdik etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x12ofw9d\">\u0130zmir ve \u00e7evresinde ba\u015fvurulabilecek terc\u00fcmanlar\u0131n ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 nitelikte olmayan listesine ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in <a href=\"https:\/\/consizmir.esteri.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/elenco_dei_traduttori_di_riferimento_del_consolato_ditalia_ad_izmir_02_08_23.pdf\"><strong>buraya <\/strong><\/a>t\u0131klay\u0131n\u0131z.<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"x1ll2q23 x1a4oops x132q4wb\">APOST\u0130L \u015eERH\u0130<\/h5>\n<p class=\"x12ofw9d\">T\u00fcrkiye, 5 Ekim 1961 tarihli, yabanc\u0131 resm\u00ee belgelerin tasdik zorunlulu\u011funu kald\u0131ran Lahey S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi\u2019ne taraft\u0131r. Bu nedenle, yabanc\u0131 makamlar taraf\u0131ndan d\u00fczenlenen belge ve kay\u0131tlar\u0131n konsolosluk arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla tasdik edilmesi gereklili\u011finin yerini, \u201capostil\u201d olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan \u00f6zel bir tasdik i\u015flemi alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x12ofw9d\">Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla, s\u00f6z konusu S\u00f6zle\u015fme\u2019ye taraf bir \u00fclkeden gelen ki\u015filerin konsolosluk temsilcili\u011fine ba\u015fvurarak tasdik talep etmelerine gerek yoktur. Bunun yerine, ilgili devlet taraf\u0131ndan belirlenmi\u015f yetkili i\u00e7 makama ba\u015fvurarak belgelerine apostil \u015ferhi alabilirler. Yetkili makamlar, her devletin S\u00f6zle\u015fme\u2019ye kat\u0131l\u0131m belgesinde belirtilmektedir. Apostil \u015ferhiyle usul\u00fcne uygun \u015fekilde tasdik edilen belgeler \u0130talya\u2019da tan\u0131n\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x12ofw9d\">T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de apostil \u015ferhi d\u00fczenlemeye yetkili makamlar hakk\u0131nda bilgiye <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hcch.net\/en\/states\/authorities\/details3\/?aid=350\">buraya<\/a> <\/strong>t\u0131klayarak ula\u015fabilirsiniz. Daha ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 bilgiye T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti Adalet Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adalet.gov.tr\/\">internet sitesinden<\/a> de eri\u015filebilir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x12ofw9d\">Konsolosluk, \u0130talya\u2019da d\u00fczenlenmi\u015f belge ve kay\u0131tlar \u00fczerine apostil \u015ferhi koymaya yetkili de\u011fildir.
